Welcome to Liberty Wellness

Liberty Wellness will promote overall health and wellness as well as rehab, to people of all ages, utilizing Qigong and Tai Chi. Qigong is ancient Chinese holistic exercise and Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise which was originally a martial art.

Qigong & Tai Chi have four primary components:
  • - Moderate physical exercise, gentle movement & posture alignment
  • - Breath practice
  • - Self-applied massage
  • - Relaxation, visualization and meditation practice

About Don Pape

  • 30 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist in the orthopedic clinic and home health care settings
  • 20 years of experience practicing Tai Chi
  • Bachelors degree in physical therapy from The Ohio State University and a Masters degree in orthopedic physical therapy from the University of Indianapolis
  • Certified Tai Chi Easy ™ practice leader by The Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi.
  • Certified by the Institute of Rehabilitative Qigong and Tai Chi in the utilization of Qigong and Tai Chi for rehab.
  • Member of The American Physical Therapy Association
  • Licensed physical therapist in the State of Ohio
